Our Scotch Bonnet Chilli Crunch Oil combines chilli flakes with sweet Caribbean seasoning peppers and Scotch bonnet for a layered heat that is bold without being harsh. Slowly infused with garlic, bay leaf, ginger, star anise, and cinnamon, this oil is designed to bring warmth, texture, and depth to everyday cooking.

Unlike traditional hot sauces, this is all about balance  crispy garlic, fragrant spices, gentle sweetness from pimento peppers, and a slow heat that builds beautifully.

Drizzle over eggs, noodles, rice, soups, roasted vegetables, pizzas, sandwiches, or anything that needs a little more life. It also works beautifully stirred into marinades, sauces, and dressings.
